RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to be confident in every part you buy. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right — within the terms below. This policy reflects our partnership with our distributors and the brands we sell. Please read it before placing an order with custom or made-to-order items.

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

Returns are accepted within 30 days from delivery date. After 30 days, returns are not accepted unless the item is covered by manufacturer warranty (see Defective Items below).

Items must be:

  • Uninstalled and unused
  • In original packaging with all factory hardware, labels, and instructions
  • Free from scratches, scuffs, or signs of fitment trial

RESTOCKING FEES

Returns are subject to the following restocking fees:

  • 15% — Unopened items in original packaging, returned within 30 days
  • 20% — Opened but uninstalled items, original packaging intact
  • 25% — Items showing signs of trial fitment but not installed (mounting marks, hardware threading, etc.)
  • Refused at our discretion — Items installed on a vehicle, even briefly

Restocking fees are deducted from the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Custom-built and made-to-order systems (most Mamba turbo kits, custom-fab exhausts)
  • Special-order items flagged at checkout
  • Electronic tuning devices once activated or VIN-locked (COBB Accessport, HP Tuners MPVI, etc.)
  • Gaskets, fluids, sealants, and consumables once opened
  • Items damaged by improper installation or modification
  • Items missing original packaging, hardware, or instructions
  • Clearance items marked "final sale"

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a defective or shipping-damaged item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange one of:

  • Free replacement (if stock allows)
  • Full refund including original shipping
  • Direct manufacturer warranty processing

No restocking fees apply to defective or damaged items. Most brands we carry honor a 1- to 2-year manufacturer warranty separately from this return window.

RETURN SHIPPING

Buyer is responsible for return shipping on standard returns (change of mind, ordered wrong part, fitment issues from non-listed vehicles).

We pay return shipping when:

  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The item arrived defective or damaged
  • The fitment was misrepresented on our product page

Heavy or freight items must be returned via the same carrier they arrived on. We'll provide return labels and instructions when applicable.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  1. Email us first with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship items back without an RMA — unauthorized returns may be refused or have additional fees applied.
  2. We respond with an RMA number and return instructions within 1 business day.
  3. Pack the item in its original packaging with all hardware. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
  4. Ship to the address provided in your RMA email (varies by brand — many returns ship direct to the manufacturer/distributor).
  5. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the item is received and inspected.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY CLAIMS

Most products we carry are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Some specific brands have longer or shorter terms.

For warranty claims after the 30-day return window, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll coordinate directly with the manufacturer on your behalf — you don't have to deal with them yourself.

Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, racing use, or normal wear (e.g., heat discoloration on titanium, brake pad consumption).
